Selling at our Toy Fairs

You don’t have to be a Trader to have a stall at our Toy Fairs.

Whether you’re selling your own collection, or have inherited some collectables, you’ll be welcome.

Table Costs

Table sizes are approx 6ft x 2ft and our charges are as follows:

ALL FAIRS
1 Table = £28.00
2 Tables = £54.00
3 Tables = £78.00
4 Tables = £100.00
(£22 Per additional table after 3 tables)

Backing tables can be provided by us (cost below), or you can bring your own, maximum of 1 backing table behind each ‘front table’ booked. 

Backing Table Prices (per table)
ALL FAIRS = £8.00

Payment Method

Payment is required in CASH on the day of the Fair, before 2:00pm at the entry desk situated at the public entry point.

Set-up Info

Set up times for Stall Holders are as follows:

From 7:30am at Gateshead/Rainton

From 8:00am at Blackpool/Glasgow/Musselburgh

From 8:15am at York

It is often possible to set up the evening before the Fair if required – on request (other than Rainton).
*This would be at the Stall Holders own risk, the venues are secured after set-up, but Northern Toy Fairs or the venue cannot be held responsible for any losses.

*Important – For York Toy Fair only;

If you are bringing your own backing tables, they need to have rubber feet, if not please bring something to put under the feet to protect the floor.
Also we do require stall holders to fold down their booked tables at the end of York Toy Fair and place them at the loading doors.

Our Toy Fairs are very popular & well attended, so give us as much notice as possible if you’d like booked in!

We don’t require prepayment to book a stall at our Toy Fairs, but we would expect at least 2 weeks notice if you need to cancel.
