Table Sizes & Costs

Table sizes are approx 6ft x 2ft, charged at the following rates;

Blackpool / Durham / Edinburgh / Gateshead / Newcastle

1 Table (6ft pitch) = £28.00
2 Tables (12ft pitch) = £54.00
3 Tables (18ft pitch) = £78.00
4 Tables (24ft pitch) = £100.00
(£22 Per additional table after 3 tables)

Glasgow / York

1 Table (6ft pitch) = £30.00
2 Tables (12ft pitch) = £58.00
3 Tables (18ft pitch) = £84.00
4 Tables (24ft pitch) = £108.00
(£24 Per additional table after 3 tables)

Backing Tables

We always allow enough space for each Stall Holder to be able to have two table depth to sell from.

You are welcome to bring you own backing table(s), maximum of one backing table for each ‘front’ table booked.

We can provide a backing table(s) if required, at £8.00 each.

Booking Terms

Payment Method

Payment is required in CASH on the day of the Fair, to be paid before 2:00pm at the entry desk situated at the public entry point to the Toy Fair.

Cancelling Your Booking

If your booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the start time of the Fair for any reason, or you do not show up, we will require payment in full for the booking. This will be required to be paid by bank transfer within 7 days after the Fair.

Set up times for Stall Holders;

From 7:30am at Durham / Gateshead

From 8:00am at Blackpool / Edinburgh / Glasgow / Newcastle

From 8:15am at York

It is often possible to set up the afternoon/evening before the Fair (other than Durham / Glasgow).

*Afternoon/evening set up is at the Stall Holders’ own risk, the venues are secured after set-up, but neither Northern Toy Fairs nor the venue can be held responsible for any losses.

Floor Protection – Glasgow / York Toy Fairs only;

If you are bringing your own backing table(s) to our Glasgow / York Toy Fairs, they need to have rubber or plastic feet, if not please bring something to put under the feet to protect the floor.

Dismantling Booked Tables – York Toy Fair only;

We do require Stall Holders to fold down their booked tables at the end of York Toy Fair and place them at the loading doors.
